I'm sorry i'm not able to connect to the ftp server to upload the release.
Yes, 0.3.3 is completed, with all feature. You will be able to find a zip file for differents languages:
 English
 French
 Swedish
 Japanese
For the others languages i'm still waiting the translation file, but you will find a zip file as soon as possible.
Others languages in a close future:
 Slovack
 Portugese
 German
