[pilot-db-list] Filters in cvs info file

I presume the filter information is stored in the PDB, so pdb2csv has
access to it. Is anyone working on permitting the filters to be saved
into the "info" file ?

This would allow me to replace the .csv file with new data, merge it
with the .info file to make a new .pdb and keep my current filter
settings.
