Which files did you download (please you the lastest uploaded the 4 november, yesterday)? In db-en.zip you have differents versions of DB:
 the smallest, the colored, the Handera support, the Sony support...
Use the one do you prefer.
The help-en.prc is a file you can add to the main prc file to have the help strings.
