Right now, tapping on a column head only provides sort options. I go to
plugins/information but only get DB wide num records info. What I was
thinking was that column info (stats-max/min/avg/count/etc, maybe
filters?) that would be accessible via tap on head fieldname.

Yes, that's it. Database pref for preferred open rather than global
would be great.

I just haven't figured why/how to use note rather than just string. Same
size, can use multiple string fields (n1, n2) to categorize notes, and
reference is one tap vs more with note. It would be nice to have
multiple notes in a rec you could filter on quickly to access expanded
info, but that's not the way it works. I'm not sure what you mean by
SI_Units, that uses a string for notes as above. If you could clarify
with an example I'd appreciate it since I'm sure I'm missing something
that could be slick.

Again, great tool. Much appreciation for everyone's efforts on the
inside of it.
