Not if a glue routine is written to emulate the overlay behavior of 
DmGetResource() for PalmOS < 3.5 much like the PalmOSGlue library provides 
helper routines. If the usage of overlays is restricted to strings, then we 
just need to modify GetStringResource() and PutStringResource(). I will look 
into the semantics of overlays and see if it possible to do such a thing.
