[pilot-db-list] windows version of palm-db-tools 0.3.2

I finally got my Windows parition up and running again. I was able to compile 
the Windows version of palm-db-tools 0.3.2. It is now up on the SourceForge 
site. It does not support the new note fields. I'll add support for this new 
field type in the next week or so.
