I rebuilt my computer onto a new hard drive a while back and my Windows 
partition is still on the second disk. I might get a chance to boot into 
Windows at some point to build 0.3.2 of palm-db-tools. (OTOH, anyone with 
Visual C++ 6.0 can build the Windows binaries. It would also be interesting 
to see if the CygWin UNIX environment for Windows could build palm-db-tools.)
