i think to find a solution. i use ascii icon. the prc file is smaller, the length of buttons too, but the icons are not really pretty!!!
If you want an idea of the icon send me an email i'll send you a beta4 with icons and another with ascii icons.
I found an another problem with icons, i must build prc with color icons then DB should use more memory.
