[pilot-db-list] documentation request

The DB palm pilot utility is fantastic. I've been using MobileDB Lite
to keep a copy of Palm Bar with me. I recently installed DB and found
that it does everything I wanted. Great work, Tom! 

My only gripe is that I didn't even realise DB did MobileDB files! As
near as I could tell it isn't documented on the webpage or inside the
README included with the package. Can this be fixed?

The more I know about the WIN32 API the more I dislike it. It is complex and
for the most part poorly designed, inconsistent, and poorly documented.
