The DBDatabases.pdb file is the internal database used by the database picker 
screen to store the category and order that your databases appear in the 
picker.

Set the backup flag on the databases that you want on the desktop by opening 
them on your PDA. Go to the "Options" menu and pick "DB Preferences". Check 
the "Backup database at HotSync" flag. Press OK. Run a HotSync.

The databases will then be on your desktop system in the backup folder. The 
files will be named according to the database title.
