[pilot-db-list] new list for CVS log messages

I just created and tested a new mailing list which will receive the log 
messages that are given to CVS when files changes. This will allow anyone to 
keep track of the development automatically. It also will allow the log 
messages to be archived by SourceForge like normal mail. The mailing list is 
not for normal discussion like this list but rather just exists so people can 
receive the automated CVS emails.

The mailing list is called:

Normal announcements will still happen on this list. The new list is just for 
developers and other interested people to see how the DB source code changes 
near to the moment that it is changed.
