Make an account on SourceForge. Then permissions to edit the Web site and 
also to put documentation in the shared source code repository can be enabled.

[To everyone:] On a seperate matter, what should I do about palm-db-tools? It 
is a C++ library and C++ programs. I never made a final 0.3.2 release with 
the date/time functionality. And SourceForge turned off the ftp access, so 
the beta is no longer accessible. Any thoughts?
