[pilot-db-list] no more ftp service on sourceforge

The SourceForge people have removed the anonymous ftp service from their 
offering. So it seems, I'll have to put test releases into the normal file 
release mechanism that SourceForge has. After I upload the next test release, 
I'll let you all know the new URL for it.
