[pilot-db-list] HELP!

The version of pilot-db that I've been using is dated March 24.  The
version that appears to be most recently released is from April.  The
problem report that I am getting I believe is someone using the April
version.

Is there a known incompatibility between databases able to be read by
the April released DB and the March beta version?  If so, where can I
get a version of the utilities that the April version can read?
