[pilot-db-list] More on DB problems

Note that the user reports downloading DB from the web site and
it generates the same error as the copy I distribute.  He also reports
that if he uses an older version (which, as far as I am aware, was
built using the same csv2pdb!) DB can read the data.

He is using a Visor.

I can send along a file in private email to someone interested in
investigating.
