[pilot-db-list] 0.3.1 is here!

I just released 0.3.1. It should up in the near future on SourceForge at:

  http://download.sourceforge.net/pilot-db/

The zip file has all the PRC files needed to install. The .tar.gz has just 
the source code. There is no change from the last beta other than the 
addition of the French translation of the README file.
