[pilot-db-list] beta release - time to translate

I've decided to make a beta release since it has been a while since the last 
release. I've compiled the language versions as well so anyone who wants to 
help update or add translations can do so. Get the beta at:

The translation files are in the source code in the "langs" subdirectory. 
Read the file "db/docs/translating.txt" in the source code to learn how to 
translate the strings.

Changes since last time:

- Fixed the global find crash everyone saw.
- Added help screen for design view.
