Changes:

* Sorting support in the MobileDB driver. So all 3 drivers can sort
  properly.

* Fixed bug in MobileDB driver which caused it to improperly unpack
  records which omitted empty fields.

* Fixed the duplication feature so it can handle duplicating to drivers
  which don't support all the field types of the source driver.
