* beaming restored

* removed action buttons at bottom of main screen. tap the ugly triangle
next to a database to get a popup list with a list of actions. ugly
triangle will go away when I have time to code icon support.

* read-only mode. popup action list and choose "Open Read-Only". there are
still some kinks since to work out ... do not tap checkboxes on the list
view, for example ...

0.3.0 is getting closer, just need to clean up the existing cdoe some more
