Fixed two crashes from the last test release. Reenabled the list view
checkbox support, restoring a previously opened database, and some other
stuff.

Chooser supports the PalmOS 3.5 private record masking feature (not tested
though since I don't have 3.5). And the "info" dialog shows the database
driver name.
