Changes:

- You can sort the entries on the Chooser screen.

- You can manually drag databases in the list in manual sort mode.
("Borrowed" the code from the memo pad source. :) )

- Changed redraw code so we only redraw when we have to.

Minus translations and bugs, this will probably be 0.2.5. (Anyone know any
other languages besides English so we can get more translations in there?)
