[pilot-db-list] Compiling DB 0.2.2

Just FYI, in order to recompile DB 0.2.2 (the current dbtest) on my
Linux/Intel box with the GNU toolsuite:

* In db.rcp, needed to comment out the include for de, nl and sample
  for pilrc (v2.4) to compile it.

* In order for chooser.c to compile, I needed to copy my
  /usr/palm/m68k/palmos-coff/include/PalmOS3/System/SysTrap.h to
  systrap.h.  Strange.
