[pilot-db-list] I can't find on the "Help" noting about "Rebuild DB"

I don't know what "Rebuild DB" (Reconstruir BD - Portuguese) do, and I  
don't find documents about this.
Another thing: When I execute this option my Palm Zire 21 freeze.
