#98 Enhancements to db-DB3vfs plugin

Allow db_DB3vfs to be configured to use a dedicated
folder e.g. 'PALM/programs/DB' rather
than 'PALM/Launcher'

Add ability to move database back to 'Palm' from the
card. This would be more convenient than having to use
FileZ, or similar

Increase capabilities of driver

If possible it would be really nice to integrate db-DB3vfs
more tightly with the 'Database Chooser':
* 'Move to card' or 'Move to Palm' commands on the
context menu, like 'Documents to Go' does
* Different Chooser icon to indicate that the database
is on the card, this could be generalised to have a
different icon for each driver, e.g. an envelope for
db_AddressDB
