#72 Scroll by 5 lines

Under Global Prefs -> Buttons -> Scrolling it would be
nice to be able to scroll by LINE / nn LINES / PAGE as
some people get confused with PAGE and impatient with
LINE :-) (I can't help it when older folks use my
programs!)

"Line, 3 Lines, 1/2 Page, Page" would be my dream!
