#68 persistent caps lock

Please add an option to make all text entry be done in
UPPER CASE by default.

This is a critical option for those with poor eyesight
who are already struggling with the small screen and
poor contrast.

Right now, any change the program gets it reverts back
to lower case - incidentally, it doesn't show the caps
lock symbol(s) on many input screens (bug report?).

IF I could get the src to build, I'd beat this in 1ST
THING! :-)

I'm very impressed, ported all my thinkDB dbases over
already :)
