#62 Better VFS support

Just enhance the VFS support - perhaps build it into the app itself
rather than as a plugin.
- Allow VFS databases to be catagorised
(Currently, you can put a VFS DB in a catagory, but it won't stay
there)
- Allow user to specify directories for Pilot-DB to browse in
for VFS DB's, e.g. user specify /Palm/Launcher/,
/Palm/Programs/MSFILES/ and /Palm/Programs/PilotDB/ in
preferences or something.
- Allow directories to function as
catagories on VFS - e.g. say Root PilotDB directory on VFS is
"/Palm/Programs/PilotDB/". If we wanted a VFS catagory called
"Trivial", it would be a dir. called
"/Palm/Programs/PilotDB/Trivial/", and VFS DBs in that
catagory would go into that directory.
