It would be of great help creating and
editing databases if an import/export function
(or macro) could be created for any standard
(or even better Freeware) Windows Database
Application (e.g. MS Excel or MS Access Table/
Queries) that supports the field-types that
Pilot-DB does.

    servus ;-)

i think it would be better to make the db-tools work with the new data types, with this the database can be
imported in each windows database application

I have created a MSAccess database that can read a DB into
    a table. Supported Field Types are: 0 - String 1 -
    Boolean 2 - Integer 3 - Date 4 - Time 5 - Note 8 - Float

I am still trying to figure out the other types(how they
    are stored).
I may soon develop the routines to convert an access table
to DB, but it is low priority for my project.

Right now I'm looking into rebuildning PALMDB (freeware)
    windows COM interface.
The com interfaces can be used by MS applications like
Excel, Access, Word, C++, VBA ect.
Give me a little time and the interface will be a new freeware
    product.
