#92 pdb->csv conversion bug?

The value of a calculated field is exported corectly, but
the characters N/A are attached to the end of the value.
(Ex. 123N/A).

The note field is not being exported in one pdb flle.
There are 12 fields, the last field being a NOTE field is
exported as empty (only double quotes in csv file). It
seems that the problem occurs when the "Use first line
for title" box us not checked and short note with only
first line used and nothing in the body of the note.
