#83 PDB<->CSV/INFO conversion bugs!

I build a database of 3 cross-linked databases (One with
addresses, with the other 2 referencing the addr and phone
data)

When trying to convert between CSV and PDB, I get
all sorts of weirdness happening, usually resulting in data loss.
:(

Additionally, the cross-linking system itself seems to
have some troubles, and I have a PDB which always causes
PilotDB to crash!
