#152 No "Filter None" button in 1.2a

With the preference "use filters when possible"
enabled, there is no easy way to restore the database
to an unfiltered state, as the "filter none" button
mentioned in the help text is not present in the list
view. This renders filtering unusable at present.

This is on a PalmOne Tungsten E.
