#148 link fields do not update in list view

Link fields work properly when first set, but if the
linkee is changed, the list view does not show the
correct value. But if the record view is used (click
on the row in the list view) the value is correct.
When leaving the record view, one is asked if one wants
to save the record even though you have changed
nothing. If you choose to save the record, the list
view is finally updated.

I did the testing on Pose emulating a Palm V, but it
was also reported an a real device (unspecified).
Probably an optimization problem. Same problem for
large and small databases.
