Right, this will happen unless you hold the shift key down while double clicking.
This allows you to update the links to the data tables located on your computer.
Follow the start-up directions under documentation.
Start the Front-End locally on your workstation (hold the shift key down when starting).
Once you perform the setup procedure, this problem will not re-appear
