[Pieforms-general] Pieforms 0.2.0 released

Hi,

Pieforms 0.2.0 has been released. This release contains major changes,
especially to the so called 'AJAX' form submission, which is now done
via a hidden iframe instead of a JSON request. This allows files to be
sent and eliminates the complexity involved with the
pieform_get_value_js_* functions.

Many of the API functions have been renamed, or take the Pieform object
as their first argument now. This is a major change, which needed to be
made for consistency while the userbase is small.

Documentation should follow soon, it's my first priority now.
