#3 Support getting defaults via a callback
Currently, default values are set on each element, using the 'defaultvalue' field.
This isn't as nice performance wise when it comes to the actual form submission - the defaults need to be loaded, which can take time if they're from a database query.
Rather, it would be nice to specify a function that can be called to get default values, which Pieforms can call only after a form is known to need them.
