We'll be releasing Gaim 1.3.1 this Thursday. There are very few new
strings this release, so hopefully this announcements coming a day
late isn't an issue.
If it is, just let us know and we'll try to work something out.

From which CVS branch are gaim tarballs being created these days? I've
