[Gaim-i18n] Win32 Installer Changes for 1.5.0 (currently planned for release in the evening of 2005/08/11)

There have also been changes to the Win32 Installer (addition of
support for downloading and installing the dependencies for
spellchecking).  This means that there have been some text changes.

I apologize to anyone receiving duplicate messages.

In an attempt to make it easier for you, I've included this template
that you can just paste into the translation file along with your
translation.  Please make sure to use the correct encoding (codepage).
 If you have any questions, please let me know.

slightly older strings that are missing from some translations, please
check that your translation has these:

This is really horrible, Slovenian spellchecker is not planned to be 
included - and the Slovenian version is fully localized! However you've 
included Slovak dictionary and that language version is localized 8%! 
Please correct this! Inlcude Slovenian spellchecker and add a string to 
the installer file!

I'd love to, but I don't have one.

I didn't actually make any of the dictionaries, and I included all of
the ones that were available.

If you're aware of a Slovenian dictionary win32 installer, point me to
it and I'll include it.
