Charkins, can you look into this? luke ----- Forwarded message from Ben <ben...@bl...> ----- Date: Thu, 15 Feb 2007 13:49:33 +0000 From: Ben <ben...@bl...> To: lsc...@us... Subject: Gaim (2.0.0beta5) question Hi, When messages arrive I've set to get a notification in the status area on the taskbar as I'd expect. If I double click it will open one of them into currently open conversations, however if there is more than one new person it seems to stop notify and only show the icon in the buddy list. This is most annoying if the buddy in question is in an offline/invisible mode, because I have to check though the whole list to see if there is another flashing icon on the buddy list. Is this due to some option I can set or should I report this as a bug, or is this how it is meant to work? Regards, Ben OS: Win XP + Service Pack 2 Gaim: 2.0.0beta 5 ----- End forwarded message ----- |

Upgrade to beta 6. This was fixed with patch #1606353. -casey |
