"In 2.0.0b4 (as well as in trunk), my_MM.po claims
itself to be encoded in iso-8859-1, but it is in fact
encoded in utf-8. This is supported by the following:
1. Burmese is not encoded in iso-8859-1
2. If a suitable font is installed, opening the
my_MM.po file as utf-8 actually causes Burmese
characters to appear" --acli
