We have had a lot of back and forth with the AOL lawyers. We've come
very close to just giving up and going public, and if there's much more
delay, I believe the consensus is that we will do so. 

Sean last told me that he thinks we are very very close.  He has taken
the step of having the lawyers tell them about the new name, which they
had been previously advising that we not do.
