I've gotten the imported svn repository set up.

Currently it is set up to only allow RO access through apache2 at:
http://pidgin.im/svn/

For RW access, it can be accessed using the svn+ssh:// method:
svn+ssh://pidgin.im/home/var/subversion/pidgin/

I haven' t yet done anything with Trac or ViewVC, and all the
post-commit hooks for CIA and email notification are disabled.
