[Gaim-cabal] Server!

Thanks to hard work by Luke, we now have a server up which will host pidgin.im!

 There's nothing interesting running on it yet, and the DNS records
aren't pointing to it yet, but if you're able to me or Luke on IM,
drop us a message and we'll make you an account.

I think we're pretty solid on most of the software we'll be running on
there. There was still a bit of discussion about bug tracking and
version control.

It seems like svn/trac is the path of least resistance, and I'm in
favor of it. Anyone want to object strongly?
