It's not a legal reason, per se. It's just that we have nothing on paper yet. If we change our name before getting the settlment signed, AOL has very little incentive to offer us anything. We've not put a confidentiality clause in the agreement, and will fight if AOL decides it wants one. This way, we'll be able to come out with everything all at once. -s. |
