I just want to add a little more context. We have three sizes for all
our icons: 32x32 which is being used in the tooltip in gaim4.png,
22x22, which is being used for the blist status icon in Big List, and
16x16 which is being used in the Small List status icon. They're all
rendered to be pixel perfect, so no scaling (although we have svg's if
we need to get any larger)

gaim4.png also has improved spacing in the tooltip: 12 pixel margins
instead of 4. This looks better and more closely follows the HIG.

Sidenote: I'm thinking of doing some website news updates to hush up
people who are complaining that we're not providing any updates. We've
been keeping quiet about the icons with the intent to surprise
everyone with the new icons and the new name at the same time. What do
you think about telling people about this project and getting it in
svn sooner, rather than keeping it a secret?

In either case, I should have a patch up for everyone later today.
