[Gaim-cabal] Status icons again

I got an offline icon from Hylke, and updated

I'm also trying out a new available icon: a plain purple circle. I
know we don't like the colored orbs, but it could work well as just an
available icon (since we can't seem to come up with that great a
metaphor), and this might matche the other icons well (they're all
circles).

I know that screenshots are only useful to a point. I'll try to get a
patch for you guys as soon as I can.
