I pretty much want to redo everything in pixmaps/ to have a single
consistent style, rather than being fairly obvious it was pieced
together by a dozen different people over 8 years. The actual icons
for most of these wouldn't change much---smileys for instance still
need to represent what the official clients represent them as, but I'm
open to more significant changes.
