[Gaim-cabal] SoC Mentoring Assignments

Just a friendly reminder:

Right now none of the SoC apps have mentors assigned, and quite a few  
don't have anybody requesting mentorship.  According to discussion on  
the SoC list, mentors need to be assigned by an administrator for  
each accepted application by 5 pm PST today; if they aren't assigned,  
Google will move the SoC allocation to another project.

That also means that for each app which will actually be accepted,  
someone needs to have selected "I would mentor this application" so  
their name is present in the list of possible mentors.
