Initial Comment:
Hello.

There's currently a signal `account-away' which is
never emit-ed in HEAD. This patch introduces a new
signal `account-status-changed' which is emitted when
(right after) the status of an account gets changed.
(`account-away' can be removed if this signal is provided)

I have added codes to test the signal in
`plugins/signals-test.c' and documented in
`doc/account-signals.dox'
