Summary: [HEAD, Oldstatus] Tooltip appears over gtkblist context menu

Initial Comment:
When the gtkblist context menu is displayed, the
tooltip timeout is not removed.  This results in the
tooltip displaying over the context menu when the
timeout occurs.  Included is a short patch to remove
the timeout before displaying the context menu. 
Applies against HEAD and Oldstatus.
