Summary: updated ja translation for oldstatus gaim.desktop

Initial Comment:
This patch will correct the Japanese Name[] and
GenericName[] in gaim.desktop. They both currently
translate as "instant messenger". The update corrects
them to  "internet messenger". This patch is against
the latest gaim.desktop revision in oldstatus.
